What to Expect
As a photographer specializing in neutral newborn photography, I aim to create a comfortable and enjoyable experience for both the parents and the precious newborn. From the moment you walk into my studio, you can expect a warm and welcoming environment where every detail is carefully considered to ensure a memorable and beautiful photoshoot. I even have a recliner for new moms to take a quick nap if they would like to!
Upon arriving at the studio, I will greet you and your newborn and guide you through the process. Our first step will be to undress and wrap the baby, ensuring their comfort and warmth throughout the session. If the baby needs feeding or comforting, I will allow ample time for this, as their comfort is paramount for creating those perfect, serene shots.
When the baby is content, I will start with the solo photos, capturing multiple wrap styles, angles, poses, and using various props to create a diverse and stunning collection of images. I understand the significance of capturing not only their adorable features but also the tiny details of their hands, feet, and expressions.
Following the solo baby portion of thesession, we'll seamlessly transition to include mom and dad in the photos. I strive to capture a range of intimate and heartwarming moments, including individual photos with each parent, as well as incorporating siblings and other family members. We'll work on creating a mix of candid and portrait shots, aiming to memorialize the special bond between the family members.
For those interested, I also offer heirloom portrait photos. These timeless and meticulously crafted pieces are available for siblings as an add-on during the session.
After the photoshoot, you can expect your edited photos to be ready within 7-12 days. Once complete, I will upload the photos to a secure online gallery and then deliver them to you via email. If desired, we can arrange a phone call or meeting to discuss any further assistance, such as designing a photo album or creating a stunning gallery wall to showcase your beautiful memories.
